Controlling for “integrity” is not something that’s possible on nostr quite yet. 

Can’t count on “follows” to get you there… cause you gonna follow “other” people also… (tap a wide range of “inputs”, maybe some of them will “pan out”)

Nostr lists … maybe. But how to “share” your list of “my peeps” with others … and stuff. 

Nostr has no means for us to indicate “trusted”, in  hopes of “surrounding” ourselves with their content.
