It's impossible to get good quality from just a phone. The best is to link into the soundboard and they usually let people do that at events like this. But yo would need a video capture device that allows you to plug into the soundboard at the same time. Almost everything is released from the event with prefect sound and video that I wonder if you wouldn't have more fun being less distracted with the whole recording thing.
