So while i was eating some chick-fil-a, i see this man who had his girlfriend in a fucking dog collar, i literally throw my food away and to tell the police officer that someone brought BDSM gear to an public space. 

Then paul blart tells he can't do anything unless they actually "doing a sexual act". Like yeah just let some guy walk in naked, it's fine as long as he doesn't do any sexual act. And likelihood is if i made him leave i would be the one who got arrested. He probably knew they can't do shit and took advantage of it
