Morning work. 
Still following the guidance of nostr:npub1uvxgy9exuz9j6f306v97sr2mwnv2mp7p80rhn8mx6cfdpl83zy6sdscpjp nostr:npub1gjsaerzr5dm7wphz0wuxm463wa9lfe4zhy2g085r5gyyzz6egmlsk55s84 and the #emulsionliftgang. 
I noticed two things : 
1. when the water is too hot (I put my film in nearly boiling water), the film become wrinkled, sticky and brittle. That’s how I failed my lifts. A water near 80°C is better.
2. pre-soak the watercolour paper in the cold water tray and then just pull the corner of the lift towards you in the hot water tray. Easy. 1/2
