I like how the CIA justifies (for some reason in Russian) the legitimacy of Zelensky's position as president, but instead of a convoluted interpretation of Ukrainian laws, I would simply like to hear from the CIA why they just didn't hold presidential elections in Ukraine. 

 just typical political hypocrisy.
