It is, a life was almost taken. There’s no need for it regardless if you like the person or not. 
We’re not all going to agree on everything in life, but being able to agree to disagree on something should be part of what we strive for in a better future.
Some people just want to force their garbage down other people’s throats. 

Nothing wrong with being open minded and having a respectful conversation or discussion.
