Couldn't agree more with my colleague William's take on this. Octavia Spencer is amazing, but she was wasted here on this one joke that went on way too long. 

Apple's hyperfocus on environmental issues was excessive padding for an otherwise paper-thin event schedule. This should have been a message to investors.
