TSS artists to infuse policies of Congress government in new compositions in Telangana

The Telangana Samskruthika Sarathi (TSS), which played a key role in the separate statehood movement, is now crafting melodies to reflect the policies of the Congress government in Telangana. Under the previous TRS government, the TSS drew upon compositions from the Telangana movement, but with the Congress coming to power and A Revanth Reddy becoming chief minister, the TSS is set to bring in a fresh wave of creativity. Revanth used folk songs composed by artists like Nalgonda Gaddar Narsanna to connect with voters during the Assembly polls, which had a profound impact on voters and even caught the attention of senior party leaders. The TSS is now working on new songs to explain government policies and programs through song and dance, aiming to bridge the gap between administration and the grassroots.
