In my experience business edict and general performance has been shit, so unfortunately lots of places will likely suffer from issues like this. 

I personally would probably give them a second chance, but on the other hand the whole point of Bitcoin is to achieve a level of "Fuck You" where you can demand higher quality from those around you.
