We're not afraid of other people's sins, after all, we are all sinners. What we do is to avoid occasions of sin, including exposing our fellow christians to it.

Sure. But there aren't any current solutions to the issues brought up here without the being a risk to some. For those, it would be best to avoid. For others, it's not an issue.

The solution would be to run your own relay that you can moderate to your hearts content. Maybe try @Ditto
