On my search for healthy protein powder I have found one that only has 2 ingredients: organic grass-fed whey protein and organic sunflower lecithin and was concerned about the second one.
That's why your note caught my attention.
I had read about the difference between cold-pressed seed oil (the old fashioned way) and the industrial seed oil on a book called "Deep Nutrition" by Catherine Shanahan and just found this other reference below.
Based on these two references, I'm going to try this protein powder.
