Stick a church in it and become tax free. Also it reminds me of a vivid dream I had recently... I was at a place like that, for healing and praying and learning, and there was a sign over the door of the building that I liked the most, which read, "let none enter without knowledge of geometry." But entering caused the dream to end. I want to find this place.

This place is real. It’s emerging as we speak. It’s what the architecture and community of the “new earth” will look like. We are evolving towards it at breakneck speed now.
I have been “seeing” it in bits and pieces for almost 15 years now.
