You need to seriously think about coming to Mexico and get that. I have severe rheumatoid arthritis that led to bone loss and problems all over including losing perfectly good teeth.

They removed them all and gave me a plate denture for $500 usd cash. Yes this was 10 years ago but I'm sure you'll be blown away not just by price but the surgeons are top notch all over Mexico with Guadalajara known for their schools of dentistry.

Many, many people do dental and medical tourism in Mexico. Look it up and good luck. 

 True. I hear you talk on some spaces and I think you are on the west coast. I am on the east in Playa del Carmen. Some top notch places here to Cancun. A lot of medical tourism. Everything seems to be 50% of the cost compared to the USA. I noticed many docs did their education in the USA as well. 

 My dad lived in Merida for several years and suffered a heart attacks there. He got the best care and treatment, pacemaker from Germany... He's a retired podiatrist and medical professional and has not one bad thing to say about it.
