 Yes. What's thyroid? A gland? Cocaine does make you limitless, but not super intelligent like in the movie.

 Yeah but you can also take grains of thyroid extracted from animals to increase metabolism.  It's mostly used by people who had to have their thyroid removed due to cancer.

I think Nick Rekieta is a great example of cocaine increasing the quantity but not necessarily the quality of your output...
