Bluetooth does exactly what it's ws designed to do. A low power, short range, line of sight, wireless connection. You shouldn't buy a car then complain it can't do the things a jet plane can do.

Yes. Those issues do arise sometimes. I find them very rare. I think it's because the devices have different Bluetooth versions.
