 So I've been trying ZYN (3 mg) for the past week and I don't get it.

As an avid Copenhagen user I'll say I have focus issues without dipping but I've also fucked my brain chemistry by supplying it nicotine for 2 decades.

Sounds like a prescription for Ritalin or Adderall would be a better way to go for occasional use.

Guess I could occasionally use some low dose lorazepam or melatonin if it causes sleep disruption..🤔
