 i can see that in a truly uncensored platform, not to say it is ok, but there is more probability of finding racist minds. however, at least from the people i try to follow and connect w, i haven’t seen much racism (and if i have, i mute and block lol)
do you think you give the same amount of value from other people that get more sats? 
like, besides race, are there other factors playing into compensation?

 Race is the only factor and geolocation. Ive had someone ask me what’s my timezone so they can figure put where i am and how much they’re going to pay me.  Also most want to work with people with a reputation so they can pull their frens to their projects products and services. I can give you examples but it is pointless.
