I’ve always disrespected whatever canola is.  I was raised in a Sicilian household. We eat pigs feet, anchovies and bath in garlic puree and olive oil.  Canola can fuck itself. Also duck fat is delicious and I’ve got a long drive tomorrow and don’t want to be hungry on the highway.
