what is teh point?
i need fibre to absorb grease?
i get an acute reaction to sugars formed out of excess protein?
i have type 2 diabetes, actually to be more exact, i think i have an uncommon kind of sugar metabolic "defect" that i inherited from my indonesian great grandmother who was a slave to a swiss colonist
it caused my grammy to get alzheimers and it causes me to have all kinds of issues such as tinnitis, attention deficit, muscle weakness and after a year of artificial sweeteners, double vision
idk where it traces back to but on my mother's side also, she has an acute need for fibre and she got severe problems with cholesterols blocking up her gallbladder and i get the same problem and i've dodged a lot of that by skipping eggs and chicken and butter, and probably lard will cause it too... unless i have enough fibre to slow down the aggressive bile salts i think this condition involves
