James Cameron's Avatar franchise is heating up! The next installment, Avatar: Fire and Ash, is set to hit theaters on December 19th, 2025. At D23 Expo, Cameron, Zoe Saldana, and Sam Worthington announced the release date, teasing that the film will focus on Pandora being engulfed in flames. Although Cameron directed Fire and Ash, he may not helm the fourth and fifth installments of the franchise.
