Pavel Durov already gave up his Russian social media site over 10 years ago because he wouldn't cave to government suppression of freedom. At least that's the story that was told. 
Pavel should give up Telgram (or sell it) and come to nostr. He says he believes in freedom of speech, no censorship. His actions says otherwise. Come one live up to what you say! Dont be a sell out! 🙉
