If countries aren't going to 6102 you, this how they're going to get you to hand over your Bitcoin, offering you all sorts of incentives to try and get at your coins! 

Would I want to put down 7.7 BTC right now for something like this? Prolly not, but it will only get cheaper with time, and other countries will come in to compete for you!
