I know what you're saying. Some of our kids are in sports. Cheer is the worst, if you ever have to deal with that demanding schedule.

People schedule extremely busy lives around 2 or 3 kids. If you have 8-12 kids, like most of my family, you get to the point where you're like, "Whatever. We're not doing it."

We don't allow video games or socidal media in our house. I give my kids locked down, DeGoogled, kid safe phones when they turn 14. (No Internet, no Social Media Apps) We also keep out called TV, MSM, and no Disney, Netflix filth in out house either. We bittorrent out entertainment now, plus wholesome streaming services like LivingScriptures, PureFlix, AndelStudio, etc..
