well that sounds bland i will give you that but i'm not sure it qualifies as a great diet eggs already have more or less the right protein to calories ratio so adding bread and butter to them would just slow weight loss i would just have 6 eggs and call it a meal and i would certainly have them soft boiled than hard boiled there is a difference between not adding sauce to a meal and deliberately ruining it to the point of being almost inedible 😄
