Isn't it funny how some days the fatigue clears and some is more of a struggle? I'm thinking of going to 5 or 6 days a week after this month. I feel like one rest day would help between the big muscle groups
I think that is a good idea. I remember reading years ago the muscles generally can handle the work but the nervous system needs more time to recuperate.
I've read the same. The 31 days thing is really just to push myself
It is good to push your self, but it realistically can’t be done forever. Probably once or maybe twice a year could be beneficial.
Depends how you do it. Since it's so freeform you could just walk on those rest days and probably not wear yourself out too bad. I like the community aspect too of getting people off their butts 😂
