For both Menendez and Trump - the DOJ publicizing the images of what will be evidence is tainting the jury pool and witnesses. It can be that both sets of images are inadmissible in the trial - but the damage is already done.

Plus you have the DOJ requesting gag orders on Trump. Two different sets of rules....
