Some randos publish a paper and everyone panicky calls it "an attack from EU" forgetting that half of the EU countries actually act as a safe haven for Bitcoin hodlers.

Publishing such a nonsense paper is the same rage bating and fear mongering technique as what online content creators resort to fishing for engagement.
