Now have the Texas Rangers arrest them for trespassing.

Then deny any assistance to Border Patrol.  Stop their office electricity and communications.  If they are from out of town then deny them rental of housing.  Deny them a place to eat or purchase groceries.

There is no reason for Texas to aid a Federal organization that is helping the invasion of that sovereign State.
