I thought my caretaking tasks for the day were done, and then my mom hands me a paper with the phone numbers of my dad's best friends, who are also in short term rehabs and hard of hearing, so I could tell them how he is. 😱 They have to wait until tomorrow because I can't with any more of this situation today. 🤷🏾‍♀️
