These past two days were the first two of the new co-parenting schedule and the first two my son and I spent at my new place; tonight is the first night I will be spending away from my son at my new place. I cannot describe the heartache. 

We went to the park today and watched a great egret catch a meal, painted turtles sunning on logs, collected leaves and acorns, dug holes in the ground, and tried to catch frogs. Excuse me while I go wash dishes with my tears...
