2. A climbing fee of 2,000 yen and a reservation system have been introduced.
Three bodies were discovered on Mt. Fuji, including that of a professional climber. Rescuers face difficult situations each time.

3. Please stop climbing Mt. Fuji in inappropriate clothing.

The white top of Mt. Fuji you see in the picture is snow. Even during the summer season, the summit is covered in snow. This means it is severely cold up there. If you tried to climb the Himalayas in sandals or short sleeves, people would laugh at you. It's the same situation here.
