OpenSats Announces Long-Term Support for Mike Dilger

With the LTS grant, Mike plans to improve support for replying to versions of replaceable events, add NIP-96 file uploads, implement Blossom support, Web of Trust, and search at the relay level, and enhance reporting and labeling (NIP-56/NIP-32).
