My ipad has about 20 ms latency on this site on safari (testing in same country) when on wifi or LAN cable https://testmy.net/latency?addr=de

my thinkpad T480s has a latency of about 70 ms (wifi or wired) on firefox... and on chromium and edge ..... so what is the hardware cause ? what does apple do better ? Is my test meaningful?
