i barely eat or drink sugars, but i do eat whole wheat bread daily - but i cannot let go of my bread  (i did keto once, was good for weight loss but unsustainable for me) 😭

i eat a lot of salt compared to ppl around me, very drawn to it, prolly a sign of something also😂
