 Nobody's perfect. My parents weren't perfect, but I wouldn't trade them for anyone. And I would never feel guilt about voting for a candidate if I think they generally understand the assignment and generally would do a good job.

A lot of issues in politics are so evident that even some developmentally delayed cunt could figure them out. Besides, having a few wrong opinions about a topic doesn't mean that a person won't be start getting beat over the head by reality before they can actually implement any of them.

Even a candidate who is perfect in every way that can be measured ahead of time can make mistakes once they are actually elected. Once a person starts stressing too much about all these little details, they become very easy to manipulate. That's why I try to make decisions based on simple and difficult to subvert rules.
