Spending your money on trees for equity

In this case Aurora CO got $5M in US government funding to plant trees - primarily in areas with low income families.

I will note the city of Aurora took down a 1/2 mile long row of trees near "Dam West" on Peoria to put in a sidewalk. I wonder if they will do the same on Yale (only the north side has a sidewalk).
