I get your point… But to be fair, there’s a slight difference between the two. What we mostly experience with inflation with fiat is debasement, true. Inflation is simply supply and demand, usually temporary (computer chips delayed because a container fell in the ocean, the product using those chips will go up until things level up again).
yes you're right, but most people just call everything inflation.
