He's interesting, but I strongly suspect he's had some kind of training in manipulation. I'm not saying he's wrong - especially on what he says about sunlight being good for fighting cancer - that feels right, but my Spidey Sense goes off nonetheless. To summarize the training I think he's received : there's a trick that scammers use to isolate victims while speaking to a crowd (it has a name, but I forgot it), which is that you start off reasonable and affable, but slowly add in details that wouldn't have sounded reasonable when you started. As you keep doing this, the smarter people drift off and the stupid people self select for you. Or him, not you. English... Anyways. Worth checking out, but be prepared.
i've delved deep into his work and it's very interesting, his ideas about how humans were infected with a virus ~10,000 years ago because they were driven down to the equatorial regions in a cooling period (the dryas) and this virus weakened the membranes and led humas to having a vulnerability to leaky gut, and the development of the appendix... or maybe he says it was a lot longer ago than that

i find that it's at least as interesting as the stuff from Ben Davidson, the Suspicious Observers guy who was one of the figures involved in the Electric Universe thing and Kruse is also on the margins, a key thteme in his work is the idea about the influence of light and radiation and the importance of quantum effects in biology, and he rightly points out that the chemistry theory used in biology doesn't even take into account quantum effects meanwhile inorganic chemistry (eg quantum dots, entanglement) are way ahead of that

you just may not have actually heard the deeper stuff and only hearing what many people are repeating

the entire meme of "touch grass" he was a big factor in how that developed, and many people swear by earthing and i also earth all the time and i also wear barefoot shoes, and the reason why is because it feels right to me when i do it, and the pile of evidence in favour of the importance of the atmospheric cavity resonance and magnetoreception on biology suggests that the importance of quantum, magnetic and electrical effects on us may be way underestimated by mainstream biology and upstream from that, medicine
That all makes sense. My Spidey Sense is more of a pattern recognition thing. It gets set off by certain people on YouTube and redheads.
yeah some people just have zero credibility
