Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins made his debut with the team, playing in a 27-20 victory against the Las Vegas Raiders. Despite not starting until Thursday after completing his physical, Hopkins was involved from the start and finished with two catches for 29 yards. Head coach Andy Reid praised Hopkins' ability to quickly pick up the offensive playbook, calling him "diligent" and "astute." Quarterback Patrick Mahomes also commended Hopkins, saying he'll get more chances in future games.
