TX0 IMPROVES SYBIL RESISTANCE AGAINST MALICIOUS ATTACKERS THAT ARE NOT THE COORDINATOR. WOULD HAVE TO PAY SIGNIFICANTLY MORE TO FLOOD ROUNDS THAN HONEST PARTICIPANTS.
