The debate is over 
- whether a "basic note" is part of the core Nostr protocol, or if it's something extra and needs to be outsourced to a separate document
- whether Kind 01 notes are exclusively tweets or "basic notes"
- if there should even be a "basic note" kind, so that every kind doesn't have to reinvent it, copy-paste style
