Very happy with how the garlic test came out of the #Freezedryer. I'm really looking forward to next year's harvest when I have hundreds of heads to put through the machine. Little flavor packed morsels of spiciness that melt in the mouth.... MMMMMMM.

My last 3 varieties of #garlic should be shipping today so I can finally get them in the ground, a couple weeks late.

None too pleased by this. Now the site shows none of the hundreds of S19s they had available... But my order still says "processing".
