Absolutely. I picked up a used "B" grade s19 95T from nostr:npub1q4zl8v0cpeu0lv47msq2z0jpkr2q3wq5d4ukylxg9sx7t7rcz0uq5ftv7q and am running it with Braiinsos. The watercooling gear is off the shelf PC cooling stuff that's pretty much plug and play with some tubing. The case is something I cut and riveted together from sheet aluminum and 3/4" angle extrusions. About the most technical thing was repining the Noctua NF-A6x25 fans to two pin connectors for the power supply.
