So IKEA sent my son (on my credit card) three quarters of a pull out couch - with no arms or feet. And then sent a note saying the arms were out of stock. 

And then told us to go to the local IKEA to get arms - (which we did friends, they had no arms) 

they THEN offered to refund us the price of THE ARMS. 

Its been a week of calling and they still won't come to pick up the useless unboxed couch pieces - and we have yet to be refunded for the couch.
