Idk, while your point is true for some, there are many who became ‘influencers’ in the bitcoin space precisely because they did (and continue to) provide value, knowledge, wisdom, humor, or something that was (is) valued by many.
don’t cry. 🫂 the influencer model will be around for years to come. many will rise and fall, and you can follow every last one of them. you are free! ❤️

Beautiful thing about Nostr is you can choose not to follow vapid posters like that… and they can follow each other if they want a fluffy feed- that’s their right. I don’t see these types of posts as top zapped or trending often. I’m also not sure if there’s currently a better way to form fresh interactions with non-followers than hashtags at the moment- but I’m all ears.
