I tried logging into a very old WP account username/password, but then it told me "Your account has been blocked as a security precaution. To continue, you must reset your password."

Only wrinkle: I have no idea what email I used when I signed up way lonnnnnng ago. If I don't have access to that email anymore am I out of luck?
