So after a period where the cities were a manufacturing base and people lived near where they worked in the factories and fucked and raised families there the nigs moved in and all of a sudden anyone who could afford to wanted the fuck out and anyone who didn't gtfo would be watching the value of their property plummet in value as the homes around them were turned into section 8.  Then the fags moved into some parts and slapped some paint on them and did some interior design and we call that gentrification. This is what is known as the nig-fag cycle and it's important if you want to invest in real estate.  Anyway the cycle for the past couple decades has been something like go to college/uni in the city, get the good job in the city, party in the city, oops we got married and have a kid and all of a sudden our major concern is now GOOD SCHOOLS in all caps and then you leave because there are no good schools in the city unless your family is high up in one of the local mafias that actually make the city work for their own financial interests.
