there was no "terrorist attack" - there was an attempt by Hamas to take hostages, but most of the hostages were slaughtered by the IDF tanks and Helicopters before they could be taken back to Gaza.

furthermore Israel was warned a week in advance ( by Egypt ) that Hamas will do this on the 50th Anniversary of Yom Kippur but instead of preparing Israel did the opposite - they told IDF to stand down for HOURS, before finally moving in and massacring Hamas and Hostages together.

Israel's goal was to Maximize Israeli Civilian casualties - almost all of them at the hands of IDF, as reported by the survivors. 

the number of casualties was then exaggerated and used to unleash a Genocide on Gaza with a bombing campaign targeting primarily Hospitals, Schools, Media Outlets and so on - which is what Israel does in every "war" ( Genocide ) with Gaza.

It should be noted Israel showed ZERO concern about potentially killing the hostages while bombing locations where Hamas was ostensibly holding the Hostages in Gaza, nor while flooding the Tunnels where, again, Hamas was ostensibly holding the Hostages.

ZERO concern for Israeli hostages was shown by IDF at any point in the conflict.

Europe was then told to accept the refugees, while European Jews started screaming "antisemitism" and threatening to move to Israel basically.

Which is more or less the same game plan Jews had during WW2 and creation of Israel in the first place.
