I  avoid pornography the best i can and do not have a problem with having to use ID to prove you are who you say you are,  though, our DOJ is sending a mixed message, just last week they said having to show a form of ID to prove you are who you say you are is discrimination.   so which is it going to be in the end,, the best solution IMHO is that no one would want to consume the content so there is no reason to host it, but that's just not realistic
