Just an observation I have had.

In a local community many Bicycle Riders and Cross Country Skiers come for the weekends.

They will go to the local bakery for their $5.00 skinny, caffeine free, no coffee, Latte with sugar syrup.  Then they leave a $0.25 tip

They brag about leaving everything in their hotel or B&B for a morning Sunday trip before going home.  Screw the checkout - its not like they are going to have customers on Monday anyway.

Gubmint give me a free playground
